EXCHANGE POLICY

We provide generous exchange policy on all items (except for clearance or specials). Any item you are not completely satisfied with, you may exchange it with another item from our vast collection within 7 days of receiving your order.

Of course, we have tie-ups with UPS, Fedex and Purolator to provide our customers with BEST shipping rates WORLDWIDE!

 

How do I return an item?

 

Please call us or email us with your concern. We will issue out a RA number for you.

 

What is your returns policy?

 

We do not have a return policy, unfortuantely. Since we are B2B, we have an EXCHANGE only policy,

Order are shipped out as soon as your payments are cleared with our customer service. Please call or email us and we will provide you with your tracking number.

What are your delivery options?

 

We ship mostly Ground, but based on your request, we can ship Express or C.O.D. Your wish is our command.!
